Successful entry into the B2B catalog market

KAISER + KRAFT accesses LAGO

The Stuttgart based TAKKT Group manages more than 100,000 products and generates a turnover of approximately 824 million Euro/1.2 billion USD annually. This makes TAKKT Group one of the leading business-to-business catalog businesses for office and industrial facilities in Europe and North America. More than seven years ago, its largest individual contributor, KAISER+KRAFT Europe (which generates revenue of 383.3 million EURO/570 million USD), switched to LAGO to manage its extensive, multi-lingual product information management (PIM) and catalog production.

It is remarkable that KAISER+KRAFT does not sell directly to consumers. Instead the company sells solely through business-to-business. Yet again, this shows the flexibility of LAGO, proving that even industrial catalogs can be created successfully in it. There are approximately 50 users working with LAGO at K+K. The KAISER+KRAFT Group is represented in 18 European countries and creates several times a year catalogs and mailings in 15 languages; a particular challenge that the company tackles with LAGO head-on.
