Comosoft was founded in 1994 in Hamburg Germany. With a group of dedicated software engineers and an inside opportunity to closely study the publishing process, data models and workflows of a number of large European retailers and mail order companies, Comosoft developed the LAGO database publishing system. LAGO has since grown in to a scalable suite of web and Java-based enterprise applications that address the complete workflow, content and product information management from merchandise planning to media creation and Internet-based promotions for large retailers. Success, measured growth and marketshare dominance brought Comosoft to the North American markets in early 2000 with the creation of Comosoft, Inc.

With a strong focus on automating and streamlining production workflow for large catalogers, Comosoft worked closely with J.C.Penney to implement LAGO across the merchandising and advertising departments in 2002. Continued expansion in North and South America over the past five years, resulted in us establishing our US headquarters in Frisco, TX.

Company Details

Currently, Comosoft has more than 40 customers worldwide with 5,000 seats equipped with the LAGO software. With technical and application support teams in Hamburg and Frisco, TX, Comosoft currently employs 45 people world wide.
